Blok Murphy was a regular cop, committed to his job as no other police officer in town. One day during a routine patrol, Murphy noticed some activity by an abandoned warehouse. Sensing trouble, he radioed for backup and went to check it out.
What Murphy found
was an illegal operation producing LSD (LEGO©
Star
Destroyers). Horrified, he radioed back to find out where the backup was.
Due to the local Dunkin Donuts being short-staffed, Murphy realized that he
was on his own. Being a man of action, he spotted his opportunity to stop
this atrocity and took it. With the grace and speed of a cat, Murphy
corralled the warehouse workers. However, while reading their rights, Murphy
did not see what was coming behind him - and never would.
But that wasn't the end of Murphy's story. For when this incident occurred,
MegaCorp's Cybernetic Division was conducting research in law enforcement.
Like Murphy, they too saw an opportunity and took it. Fusing man and
machine, they brought to life a new organism. Miraculously, Murphy opened
his eyes again ... as BLOCKOCOP! Part minifig. Part machine. All superhero!
To keep the machine in check with the man, MegaCorp gave BlockoCop some
directives which he must adhere to:
