Highly recommend. Very easy to read.

HTML

Hey, it's HTML, what more do you want me to say?

JavaScript

If you think scripting languages are watered-down, think again! I chose JavaScript due to is wide support (well, mostly) in browsers.

LDraw

LDraw.org

This was necessary as MLCad runs on top of it. It contains the parts library.

MLCad

Michael Lachmann

This is a Windows GUI that runs on top of LDraw. It's quite good. I used this to create the News Caster and Provost Marshal.

L3P

Las C. Hassing

This converts LDraw files into POV-Ray files.

POV-Ray

Persistence of Vision Development Team & Christopher Cason

This takes POV-ray files and renders them. The end results produced the Newscaster and the Provost Marshal images.

MS FrontPage

Microsoft Corp

Graphical HTML editor. It's not perfect, but it does make life much easier when it comes to building and managing Web pages.

MS PowerPoint

Microsoft Corp

Believe it or not, this was my graphics tool! It's no Paint Shop Pro or PhotoShop, but it's all I had.

MS Photo Editor

Microsoft Corp

I used this in conjunction with PowerPoint and POV-Ray to produce some of my images.

DHTMLCentral.com

This is a cool site if your looking for some free scripts to use. You most likely will need to modify what you find, but it's a great starting point. Looking at other people's code is also a great way to learn more about scripting.
