PoD Entrance Quest (thanks Rigormortis)

Dead Hills (NW)
Just north of the Dead Hills 53 portal, is a camp of derelict zombies, with three mausoleums. The center mausoleum has a Dark Portal at the bottom. To gain access to the Dark Portal, speak with the Necrologists on the southern edge of the Derelict camp. One of them gives you a quest, to retrieve three hearts from Deathknights. Minimum level is 50 to log the quest.

1. The three Deathknights are located in Salisearaneen (E) in the dire worg valley, Takish Hiz (W) just west of Chardith city, and Fort Alliance (S) by the open valley with the pool in the middle. Respawn on the knights are 5 minutes for the one in Salisearaneen, and 10 minutes for the other two. It is recommended to get the three hearts before you log the quest to save you a run out to Dead Hills.

2. Return to the Necrologist with the three hearts, to gain access to enter the Dark Portal. Fight your way past the Derelicts, and go down the middle mausoleum. You can enter the portal from the hallway just before the bottom room, if you choose to not fight the two mobs down there.

3. From the entrance room, follow the hallway until you get to Fatima. Go to the back of the room, and then speak to Fatima. Speaking to her will spawn two Last House Orderlies, but if you are standing against the back wall, they will not aggro you, and you can kill them singly. She asks you to retrieve some Crystals and them speak to Rebo Chilins.

4. From Fatima's room, just take a left and go straight to the room with one orderly and one healer in the room, with two tubs in the room. Don't actually enter the room, but hug the left wall and inch forward. You will get the popup and get the Crystalline Additive, and also spawning a Last House Orderly and a Last House Healer. If you did this correctly, none of the mobs will aggro you, so you can choose to kill them singly or just move on with the quest.

5. Go past Fatima's room, around the bend, to get to Rebo Chillins. Similiar to Fatima, go to the back wall of the room before you speak to Rebo, so the spawns will not aggro you. Speaking to Rebo spawns three Last House Orderlies, but if you are against the back wall, they will not aggro you, and you can kill them singly.

6. Return to Fatima, go to the back wall, and speak with her. Two Last House Orderlies will spawn, kill them. Fatima sends you to speak with the Last House Pharmacist, who is in the first room from the Entrance room.

7. Before speaking to the Pharmacist, set up behind her in the corner, using the table and pool to block the line of sight from the Healer and Orderly in the room. If you are in the correct position, the Healer and Orderly will not aggro you when you speak to the Pharmacist. Speak to the Pharmacist, spawning the Pharmacist, Healer, and Orderly. Kill them, making sure the person who spoke to the Pharmacist loots the item off him. Kill off the Healer and Orderly, and return to Fatima.

8. Speaking with Fatima at this point will not spawn two Orderlies, so no special care needs be taken here. Fatima will send you to speak with Madelonia. Follow the hallway past Rebo Chillins, to reach her. Go to the back wall of her room before speaking to Madelonia, as two Last House Orderlies will spawn. Kill the two orderlies, and then continue down the hallway to the last room with the Physician.

9. Do not speak to the Physician yet, go past her to the hallway where the Orderly tells you only qualified people may pass. With the Orderly behind you, the Physician in front of you, hug the right hand wall and inch forward until you can speak to the Physician. Speaking to him spawns the Physician, Healer, and Orderly. Let the Physician run to you, then kill him and let the spawner loot the robe. Then kill off the healer and orderly at leisure. Speak to the Orderly at the end, he will now allow you to pass to the second floor. After passing through, you are flagged for the second floor, and can now delete the Physician's Robe if you wish to, as it is no longer required to gain access to the second floor.

10. On the second floor, the Last House Surgeons there will spawn attackable with three zombies if you get close to them. If your desire is to just get past the first room there, invis and hug the wall, going past the two scourge rats. Scourge rats do not see invis, but the Last House Orderlies do. To gain access out of the second floor, you will need a zombie suit. To make a zombie suit, a tailor with a minimum crafting level of 10, will need 6 stitched zombie skins off of the zombies, and a sinew cord off of the Master Surgeon. Craft three stitched zombie skins to make a zombie swatch, do this two times. Then tailor two zombie swatches and the sinew cord to make the zombie suit. Having the zombie suit in your inventory is neccessary to get the popup at the Oozing portal to leave the Last House.
