Good Healer

1) Speak with the recruiter in Klik'Anon.

2) Speak with Ruddish the Devout - Spider Mines (S/SW border), on the river bank.

3) Retrieve two Summoner's Wands from Frogloks slayers - inqusitors in Burial Mounds (SW), near river.

4) Return to Ruddish

5) Retrieve two Enchanted Goblin Warbeads, in Guardian Forest (NW).

6) After collecting 2 warbeads from the goblins, you are sent to Lavastorm, to farm fire basilisks for three kinds of ores: smoldering bedrock, mesothermal platinum, and epithermal gold.

7) Once you find them, you are instructed to fuse the ores, by dropping them into a special lava location - Lavastorm (C), close to the edge, where the landscape dips slightly downward. You will receive a popup here, triggering named millipedes. As you kill them, they eventually return to the lava as progressively harder ones spawn. Eventually, the Megametamilipizon spawns, dropping four NTL items.

Note: If you help a friend kill the Megametamilipizion and take one of his legs, you can skip the ore gathering portion. Just turn in the leg, and it will advance you, even though you havent farmed the ores.

8) Speak with Ruddish the Devout - Spider Mines (S/SW border), on the river bank.

He sends you to Tak'Xiv (C) to slay Sothimus the Brigand. Once there, you will find a camp of Desert Marauders / Pillagers / Henchmen. These enemies hit considerably hard; a tank with high AC and AGI is required - even then, the damage will range from around 250 to 400 per strike. Continue to farm them - one to three hours – until Sothimus the Brigand spawns. Healers need only to be in the kill group, for the AoE flag, in order to advance their quest. No items are needed.

9) Return to Ruddish after your quest has been advanced.

He now sends you to procure three toxic glands - one of air, one of sea, and one of land. All three of these mobs con red to 60, and require minimal help to kill.

AIR - Plagued Forest Drake - South Toxxulia, near Shrixiv, Farm millipedes to spawn
SEA - Plagued Siren - Farm the Enchanting Sirens in The Vastly Deep (E), West Toxxulia (SW), or Kerra Isle (SW)
LAND - Plagued Kobold Hunter - roams in Stonebrunt Mountains (C), (S), & (SW)

10) Return to Ruddish with the three toxic glands, and he will fuse them to form a Rune of the Plagued. After he gives it to you, he sends you to Odus to figure out what it is for. Upon inspection of the item, you see this:

"...evarg yretaw sih ot mih nruter dna ekal eht morf erutaerc degniw eht kees..."

It appears to be scrambled nonsense, but is really this backwards:

"Seek the winged creature from the lake and return him to his watery grave"

Using this Rune of the Plagued, head to Stonebrunt Mountains (C) to search for a popup. It can be found on near the eastern entrance to the Grizz Cave, near a large rock along the northern shore of the lake. To find the lake, bear right (East) around the large central mountain and continue North until you see it. Once you receive the popup, the rune description will be unscrambled.

11) Return to Ruddish with the unscrambled rune.

Ruddish will now send you to trigger a dragon, Cyritus, in Stonebrunt Mountains. He gives you two options for killing the Dragon:

-- Seek the runes, scattered throughout Tunaria and Odus, so as to debuff the creature...

Rune of the Frost - Tenacious Frost Giants
Rune of the Tide - Enchanting Sirens
Rune of Poison - Treant prisoners, Guardian Forest (NW)

-- Simply mobilize with a strong force...
Two to three groups are required for an effective kill.

12)Return back to Stonebrunt Mountains to the location you received the popup to spawn the dragon. The dragon drops four (4) NO TRADE LORE items.

Return to Ruddish for your reward of 30 million xp and 10k tunar.

13)Starts from Ruddish the Devout in Spider Mine SW. He sends you to Lilla in RV who's on the west edge of the lake near a boulder. She screams bloody murder about her husband and you offer to help find him.

Go out the east entrance of RV (mind the werehunters) and go north two hills. Biddleby spawns in mushroom form on top of the hill. Whoever talks to him first and gives him the pie is the only one who advances. There are no drops. He has a load of hp and hits tanks for around 450-650 per swing. Bring a good force to kill him. After killing Biddleby, he will spawn in halfling form. The person that lost their pie can talk to him then and advance. ALSO, any healer that has previously lost their pie (but failed at killing Biddleby) can also talk to him in halfing form after the mushroom has been killed.

14) Head back to Ruddish, he sends you to the blessing rock (where you got the blessings from Epicsodes 1 and 2) and you get a very interesting popup. Prepare for debt, cause you're about to have your rear end handed to you before you can get out of the dialogue. Avatar of Hate and his minions pop. No interesting drops off the minions. AoH despawns after like a half hour, but you can repop him by walking by the rock again, and you have about 5 seconds to run before all the mobs pop again. AoH is top notch raid mob quality. Have fun...!

15) After owning AoH, Errolisi Marr herself spawns by the rock, turn in the quest piece to her for 100 million XP. She sends you off to Eridopolus on the south side of the lake in Shon-To Monastery for your ability section of the quest. He sends you back to an NPC next to the recruiter in Klick Anon for your item.
