A: Payments are due on the 1st and late on the 5th, payments received after 12:00 Noon Monday-Thursday will
be charged a 15% late fee.
Q. Are there any other fees?
A. Not if you pay on time. Collection fees and auction feees can be severe.

Q: Why do you charge late fees?
A: Two reasons, #1 to give you incentive to pay and #2 to compensate us for administrative cost incurred when we
collect past due rentals.
