Richfield Historical Society
The Richfield Historical Society, Inc. was formed in 1967 by the Minnesota Valley Women's Club. The Society was formed in
an effort to restore the General Riley Bartholomew home built in 1852 on the shores of Wood Lake. The farm house is located
at 6901 Lyndale Avenue South in Richfield, Minnesota. The house has been restored to show life on a farm in the 1850's. The
Bartholomew House is listed on the National Register of Historic Sites.

The Richfield Chamber of Commerce is the only organization in the City of Richfield whose sole purpose is to bring together
the business and professional people of the city to create a better business climate.
