The American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery represents
more than 7,800 ( 90% ) members of this medical specialty. The AAO-HNS
serves as the governmental and socioeconomic support base for all otolaryngologists.
Its purposes are to advance the science and art of medicine as related
to this specialty and to provide educational services.
