Hi,

Hello again to you all. We have quite a few new members this week – a special welcome to you. And if you are a regular reader - glad to have you back for this very first issue of 2005.

2005! Can you believe it? I don’t know about you, but most of my New Years thoughts were about organizing things. Did manage to clean a lot of useless stuff from my hard drive – still have some e-books to go through, it’s amazing how much STUFF a person acquires. EEEK!

Think I’ll do some program reviews in the coming weeks, but today my thoughts are on advertising opportunities for those of you already involved with programs of your own, so here goes – are you using any of these?

If you like surfing, WolfSurfer has been around for quite awhile – one thing I like about them is they approve all the links before they are shown. It’s free to join, and I believe they are giving 200 credits for joining right now. You can also talk to real people there if you have any kind of problem. I once bought a ridiculous amount of credits for a really small price and then didn’t hear from the other person involved. I emailed support and they got me my credits. Hey, I’ll go for good service anytime. Anyhow, here’s the link:

There are a couple of good free solo ad programs I’ve used. First one you may have seen on my website. It’s Solo ads – also free to join, and I’ve gotten pretty good results with it. How t works is you look at usually three or so ads a day and earn points towards a solo of your own. I use a yahoo mailbox for this kind of thing, but really, they don’t send that many solos per day. Here’s this link:

Another good one is Click4-Ads. This one gives you a few more ads to view – no more than 10 a day, though, and, again, when you’ve accumulated enough points, you can run your ad for free. This one has banner ads and several other ad options as well and gets good click-thrus because you have to view the ad for 20 seconds and you can only click once. Here’s the link:

If you were busy last week, or didn’t get a chance to download your free ebook, I’ve left it up on my website. It is called Home Based Business Advice to Help You Start Your Own Business. It includes advice on starting all sorts of both online and offline home based businesses from medical billing to daycare to office cleaning and more, so no matter what sort of business you are thinking of getting into, there will be information for you here. The book is free. It’s a PDF file, so you need an acrobat reader to read it. If you don’t have one, you can download one for free here: |www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html| To download the book, click on my banner below, and then on the Articles and Downloads page. It is the Top Item.

By the way, this book includes resell and give-a-way rights, so you can pass it along to others as well, and you will find the second new article right below it. This one is more geared towards the Internet marketer. Enjoy!

All this talk about advertising opportunities makes me want to group them together on the website – Hmm. Why not?

Would like to take a moment to wish us all a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year.

These are difficult times for many right now. Thought I’d leave yu with one more website. It’s called The Hunger Site, and you can go there and just click on their button, and a small portion of food will be donated on your behalf. It doesn’t cost anything – I’ve been clicking on it daily for several years now, but at this time, they are concentrating on relief for the Tsunami victims. They work with both Mercy Corps and America’s Second Harvest. You can find them here: http://www.thehungersite.com

May Peace and Harmony Prevail.
