To confirm a room assignment the Hilton Anchorage requires a first night’s deposit, (refundable up to 72 hours in advance of convention date.) Checks and major credit cards are acceptable for establishing prepayment. All credit cards used to prepay will be charged immediately.
NOTE: There are no microwave ovens, but some rooms have small fridges – which must be requested early. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., check-out time is 12:00 noon. All guests arriving before 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available.

The conference committee and Alaska Chapter will host a light buffet on Wednesday evening. The Hilton Anchorage has two restaurants and a Starbucks kiosk which also sells pastries. Lunch time schedules will allow attendees to go to the Mall or other less-expensive restaurants. The 5th Avenue Mall – with extensive fast food facilities – is two blocks from the hotel.
