Domestic Policies

The Constitutionalist Party seeks to downsize the amount of federal involvement in the affairs of Americans while promoting education, personal responsibility and human liberty. The federal government currently enforces policies which tread upon the freedoms of Americans as outlined in the Constitution, and the CP advocates the government returning to the intentions and restrictions posed by the Constitution as soon as possible. The resulting reduced size will enable more Americans to live self-sufficiently, to pay less in taxes and to have the freedom of choice over how they may lead their lives.
