Kawasaki ZRX1200R

This bike replaced the Buell XB9S. The XB9S seriously spoiled me as far as handling went, but the 900 engine and EFI just wasnt' doing it for me.

I needed a different kind of powerband; something similar to my torquey '97 Buell M2, something that was reliable and a great all around bike. Here it was...

I put almost 12k miles on this bike. It looked good, was fast, powerful and reliable, but ultimately was not the right bike for me. I sold this on ebay for a pittance. Note the top-of-the-line Works Shocks, the Chrispy's steering damper, and all the custom parts. It looked really sweet, but at the end of the day it was still a big, heavy, inline four that didn't sound or feel like the twins that I became used to.
