Meeting will be held at 6:00PM,Williamsburg MOOSE Lodge,5429 Richmond Rd.,Williamsburg, Va.,and special GUEST  will be , Patty   CORREA,Blue Star Club  & Time is 6:00 PM,and members  and Guest $10.00 & LADIES are welcomed.                           Minutes of  Meeting MARCH 24,2008
 
 
          The Commander,"Bob" Damian open the meeting at 6:00PM
at the Moose Lodge with  the Pledge and  James Gilley gave the Invocation. .
 
           Robert "Bob" Damian Welcomed our Guest  Douglas PANTO,scheduled Speaker,Education & Family Services
Coordinator for Southeastern Virginia Chapter of Alzheimer's Association. A Question & Answer session was held afterwards.
 
The Post only had 18 members present and that means it cost
the Post because we didn't have 25 members present.
 
A trip was announced "A Day at Mt. Vernon" for $98.00 per
person via: Time Travel Tours,Ltd,102 Penrith Court,Wmbg,Va.
Tour would leave from the James City Recreation Center on May 10,2008 at 7:00AM. Reservation Deadline is April 15th,Phone #(757)229-2527.
 
Meeting adjourned at 7:30 PM....Next meeting April 28,2008 at
6:00 PM at the Moose Loodge.

Here I might write about members children. I might write when they were born and what grade they are currently in. I will also mention some of the teams and organizations they are involved with,American Legion,Post 39 has it all!! 

VETERANS DAY News:  Post 39 members will be out in large numbers for  Veterans Day,Williamsburg November 11,2008.  Thanks guys & Gals for your support in 2007 Ben Machinist.

The 3rd District Commander Joseph E. SHINE,  a member of Post 75,Gloucester,Va., has called a District Meeting for June 8,2008 at
Post 25 in Hampton.  All Members of Post 39 are invited to attend along
with  Post Commander & Officers. Call time 1:00 PM and meeting begins
at 2:00 PM.
