Something to share...
Our Deepest Fear
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, "Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?" Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God.
Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. You were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within you.
It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we're liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."

A response... and an updateShame on you two! How much i "get" and how often i "get out" are things that neither of you have any business needing to know. :P Besides.. all of Jimi's comments are based on things i used to do when i was 19... 19!!! o.O Ahh.. how things have changed. All I'm going to say is things are quite different these days. ^^ .. yanno.. come to think of it.. I wasn't even anywhere near wild at all back then. hahaha just a big 'ol flirt. hmmm... need to stretch those 'flirt muscles' again ;) SO... as far as making me sound like some kind of a slut who got around a lot.. that was a rather ungentlemanly comment and it was totally not the case and you know it! Ahh let's see.. on to the update. Last night I went to go see ' House of Bernada Alba' at the Mark Taper Forum. It was excellent. The beginning was a little bit slow going but, at the end I was absolutely riveted. We're going to go see ' The Allergist's Wife' at the Ahmanson on Saturday too. ^^ I'll let you guys know how that goes. ^^
