blah.. I feel very yuk.. I even called in sick to work on Thursday because I didn't want to do anything. I've been staring at blogger for 2 days and I'm barely able to motivate myself to blog now. I think the explanation behind my lack of enthusiasm for anything this week is because well.. i'm just too fucking bored. I don't have enough to do. I am the type of person who was always busy.. work, school, church work, family.. never had time to relax. I became very burned out at the end of last spring and decided to take a hiatus from most of that stuff. It was really nice at first. Now.. I'm just going insane. It doesn't help that i'm hecka broke. Anything I can think of that I want to do requires the use of moolah which I am currently very low on. Thank goodness that isn't going to last too long.
I'm going out with the girlz tonight. Hopefully that'll help pull me out of my funk. Here is something funny I wanted to share with ya'll:

A Warning About Your Cold Medicine
I recieved what seemed to be one of those forwarded warning messages about something i should be careful on. I was highly skeptical and did a little research to verify the email. To my surprise it was true... if not a tad bit exaggerated. In any case, I will post the contents of the email here (sry it's a little long) Here is also a FAQ from the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research at the FDA on Phenylpropanolamine, the cold medicine ingrediant in question.

I just thought this was important for you guys to know. Especially since people have been sick with the cold lately, and might have taken some of these meds..
You all need to read this and please pass it on to other as it is very important to your health! All drugs containing Phenylpropanolamine are being recalled. You may want to try calling the 800 number listed on most drug boxes and inquire about a REFUND.
Please read this CAREFULLY, as some of you may USE some of these drugs (Alka Seltzer Plus for one). Also, please pass this on to everyone you know. STOP TAKING anything containing this ingredient. It has been linked to increased hemorrhagic stroke (bleeding in brain) among women ages 18-49 in the three days after starting use of medication. Problems were not found in men, but the FDA recommended that everyone (even children) seek alternative medicine.

-3D Cold & Cough Berry
-3D Cough Relief
-Yellow 3D Expectorant
They are asking you to call them at 800-548-3708 with the lot number on the box so they can send you postage for you to send it back to them, and they will also issue you a refund.
If you know of anyone else with small children, PLEASE PASS THIS ON. THIS IS SERIOUS STUFF. PLEASE PASS ALONG TO ALL ON YOUR MAILING LIST so people are informed. They can then pass it along to their families. To confirm these findings please take time to check the following URL:

Now, I don't know for a fact if Phenylpropanolamine is an ingredient in all the above listed over the counter medicines. Just Peachy v.2.0
Well after staring at the same ol template... I decided it was high time for a change. I'm no web developer by any means. So, my only options were to go for premade templates. This one was cute. yes, yes.. i know we already have 1 monkey web site in the ring.. but the other template i was going to use required all kinds of customization that i didn't feel like bothering with. My site is still called Just Peachy.. i just don't have the means to create/edit images ie: photoshop (tom! where's the cd you said you'd get me??!! ^^) ... If anyone has some spare time and wants to be a sweetie. I'd love a title gif that is actually the title of my web page. I would imagine it's a fairly simple thing to do.
Now.. to change the archive template... >.<
