Alright.. got the Player Handbook last night. I've been reading through it sporatically today between phone calls (i'm covering for the receptionist today) DnD is pretty complicated. I think everything will be much clearer as I play my first time. I'm SO glad that there is a character gen. program. All these skill calculations and things are very confusing. I don't know how i'd keep track of it all!! Well looks like I'm well on my way! So far my character is a 1/2 elven ranger who is passionate about animals. She's sort of a Sheena of the jungle type. (thanks to Neko for the character ideas!! :) ) .. now for the details.. details.. details.. oh and switching to blogback 1.ver

The funniest damn game review i've ever read!!!

This game has large, oiled men in thongs with fairy wings dancing on flowers. It has huge, shadowy men thrusting their pelvises at the screen and characters whose combat moves include such powerhouse attacks as the "bend over and present your bare buttocks to your opponent, who happens to be a hugely muscled bald man wearing a loincloth." I don't think there really is a plot to this game. If there is, I really, really, really don't want to know it.

Better Then Sex Chocolate Cake

1 Chocolate Cake Mix (Duncan Hines)
1 12 oz. can Condensed Milk (Eagle Brand)
1 bottle Carmel Topping (Smuckers squeeze bottle works well)
4 Heath Candy Bars
1 Lg Zip-lock baggie
1 Lg Container of Cool Whip Topping

Make and bake cake per directions on package

  1. After cake has baked, let cool 10 minutes. While still warm poke holes in cake with the handle of a wooden spoon. This will create holes for hte milk and carmel topping to flow through.
  2. Pour the condensed milk over the cake ( I use only at 2/3rds of the can, you can use all of it if you want it sweeter).
  3. Squeeze the carmel topping over the cake (again, I use 1/2 to 2/3rds of the bottle, you can add more if you want).
  4. Place the heath candy bars in the ziplock back and wrap bag with a kitchen towel. Hammer the candy to break into bite size pieces.
  5. Spread candy evenly over the cake.
  6. Place cake in refrigerator to finish cooling. You can chill overnight if you wish.
  7. Pour cool-whip over cold cake and it's ready to serve!!

Enjoy!! Thanks to my co-worker Donna for the recipe!

In a quickly called news conference, Ashcroft said intelligence sources had found "credible" information the nation could be the focus for some sort of terrorist attack within the week. Ashcroft said the information authorities received was not specific but was sufficient to share with the public.

Well I had an interesting weekend. Went to a Halloween party on Saturday night. A friend of mine's co-worker's party. She felt obligated to go and wanted some moral support/company and talked me into going even though the cover charge was $20!! Apparently it's a big 'to-do' every year. So we get there there's a full open bar, DJ, professional photographer in the bedroom, taco bar (really good.. hot off the grill yum!), etc... I think.. ok.. well the bar and the taco's justify the 20 bucks... I proceed to mingle and enjoy looking at all the costumes. Across the crowd i see these black feathers coming off of someone's headdress.. I figure it's some chick in a showgirl outfit. The plumes make their way toward me as i realize it's a guy. Not just any guy.. but a bare chested greek god of a man wearing a masked black feather headdress and these black/white/silver bead thingys glued to his bare chiseled chest. So, i'm trying to be non chalant and go about my business. A little while later the 'headdress' walks by again.. i happen to look at him as he's walking by and notice what he's wearing on the bottom half. I just assumed it was black pants... umm.. no.. i was wrong. My eye's of their own volition zero in on a bare ass. The man is wearing black leather chaps and a black thong. o.O I'm hightly distracted at this point and just stop and gawk mid-sentance. It's not everyday you see a perfectly formed male ass in the living flesh. ::grin:: Turns out he's the host's cousin and very VERY gay. ::sigh:: well he must have brought all his good looking gay friends because there were tons of guys with great bodies in very revealing costumes all over the place. All in all I'd say it was a well spent $20.
