| The START bar at the bottom of the desktop has the QuickLaunch toolbar showing next to the START button. If not visible, right click on the toolbar, select "Toolbars", and check mark "QuickLaunch". Place here (right click Drag and Drop) a shortcut to any program showing in a find of "*.scf" (usually found in "C:\Windows\System".) This is a good place to put WindowsExplorer, Desktop, OutlookExpress, InternetExplorer, . . . , any program. |
