Welcome to DOS Commands

This section uses FRAMES.  Frames are a method of dividing the Internet browser into virtual windows.  Each of these windows can be manipulated separately and each can contain a separate web page.  The advantage is to download "static" information only once and allow ease in navigation.  If your browser does not support frames or your monitor does not display at least 1024 x 768, please do not enter this section.
