The editor of a publication was having trouble with her computer.  So she called the computer guy over to her desk.  He clicked a couple buttons and solved the problem.  As he was walking away she called after him, "So, what was wrong?"  And he replied, "It was an ID ten T error."  A puzzled look ran riot over her face.  "An ID ten T error?"  What's that, in case I need to fix it again?"

He gave her a grin.  "Haven't you ever seen an ID ten T error before?"  "No."she said.  "Write it down," he said, "and I think you'll figure it out."

[ This is not the recommended response, especially if the user wanted to learn.  What is your response when the solution seems so obvious to you, but out of reach for others?  Do your thoughts vocalize before you recognize the feelings of others?  Do you feel a need to make your day at the expense of others ? ]
