I, HARRIET WISCH, of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, revoke all my former Wills and Codicils and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament.

Article I

I direct the payment of my funeral expenses, administration expenses and legal debts as provided by law.

Article II

All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, I give as follows:

A. One-fifth (1/5) thereof to my nephew, RICHARD EILES.  In the event Richard predeceases me, this share shall then pass to his issue who survive me by right of representation.

B. One fifth (1/5) thereof to my nephew, GLENN MARTIN.  In the event Glenn predeceases me, this share shall then pass to his issue who survive me by right of representation.

C. One fifth (1/5) thereof to my niece, SUSAN POOL.  In the event Susan predeceases me, this share shall then pass to his issue who survive me by right of representation.

D. One fifth (1/5) thereof to my cousin, WAYNE EASTON.  In the event Wayne predeceases me, this share shall then pass to his issue who survive me by right of representation.

E. One tenth (1/10) thereof to my friends, RAYMOND and HILDEGARD HURTINNE, or the survivor of them, in consideration of their kindness and generosity toward me during my lifetime.  In the event Raymond and Hildegard predecease me, I then give this share to their daughter, SHERRI HURTINNE.

F. One tenth (1/10) thereof to my friend, SHERRI HURTINNE.  In the event Sherri predeceases me, I then give this share to her parents, RAYMOND and HILDEGARD HURTINNE, or the survivor of them.

Article III

I mention the fact that at the time of my execution of this will I have two living half-sisters, namely MYRTLE EILES and MABEL MARTIN.   After due thought and consideration and for reasons best known to me I make no provissions for them under the terms of this my Last Will and Testament.  It is my intent to provide only for those provided for in Article II hereof.

Article IV

I appoint my friend, HILDEGARD HURTINNE, as my Personal Representative, without bond.  If for any reason Hildegard is unwilling or unable to act in the capacity of Personal Representative, I then appoint FIRST WISCONSIN NATIONAL BANK OF SHEBOYGAN, of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, or its successor or successors, as my Personal Representative.

Article V

My Personal Representative is empowered to do all things necessary for the orderly and convenient administration of my Estate.  Without limiting this general power, it shall include the power to sell any real and/or personal I own at the time of my death.

This instrument, consisting of three (3) type written pages, on the above date and in our presence, signed by HARRIET WISCH, the testatrix.  The testatrix, declared this to be her Will, and we at her request, and in the presence of each other, have signed our names as atesting witnesses.  At the time this Will was executed, we believe the testatrix was of sound mind and acting voluntarily.
