We (Jill & Jimmy) have a lifestyle most would envy...

|
| Plenty of time for 'hangin out' together... |

Jimmy originates from the beautiful countryside of Tipperary, IRE. He is currently running his own business and is able to set his own schedule. This allows him
to accomplish things on his 'honey-do' list when needed, as well as enjoy the horses and dogs and goaties and chickens and
ME with flexibility!
Jill grew up mostly in Wisconsin, with extended jaunts to Missouri, Kentucky,
Indiana, and Florida for college and various jobs in the equine industry. Her most recent trip to Iraq in support of
Operation Iraqi Freedom facilitated her current status of "US Army, (RET)" (a status that she is thankful for every day, as
it allows her to stay home with Jimmy and the critters.)

We currently have a 60' x 120' barn, just waiting for stalls, and inside the barn is a two-story
apartment complete with restroom and kitchen right in the barn to live in while waiting for mares to foal or for visiting
guests. Three ponds grace the property, as well as large Oaks, Maples, Pecans, and Cedars throughout. We have
two large pastures, both bordering the farmhouse, as well as a smaller, central paddock next to the barn.
The farmhouse is an exquisite Craftsman-style Bungalow built in 1901, and boasts original Old Growth Pine floors
and woodwork as well as original glass cabinetry in the kitchen. A large brick fireplace and a claw-foot tub complete
the historic feel.
Riverbottom Wish List
- 4-rail fence all around the 9.17 acre perimeter
- Install all stalls
- Rubber mat the stalls
- Hang gutters on the barn
- Over-seed the pasture
- Build a three-sided shelter on the 'back six'
- Prepare the indoor arena footing
