"Hospitality News Magazine".
He has crossed the country with all aspects
of the hospitality and culinary education field.
His on going job experience of 19 years
is with Western Culinary Institute of Portland, Oregon, includes Director of Public Relations, Director of Student Management, Director
of Admissions Representatives and the development of various programs.
Joe is a graduate from Portland State
University.
Past Director of Operations for Portland's
famous
Yaw's Restaurants, Inc.
Joe is a board member of the local
chapter of the American Culinary Federation Chefs de Cuisine Society.
Board of Trustees for Oregon FBLA.
He is also an accomplished musician with
many facets of the music industry.
