Boomerang Tournament Participant Release

I, in consideration of being allowed to participate in or observe a boomerang tournament, do release for myself, my heirs, successors, executors, administrators, and assigns, the United States Boomerang Association, Inc., its officers, employees, agents, and their heirs and successors, City of Conyers, GA, and the Georgia International Horse Park, from any and all claims, including but not limited to personal injury, either in law or in equity, arising from any accident which may occur as a result of my participation in or observation of a boomerang tournament, or in any activity associated with that boomerang tournament, whether by negligence or not.  I further release all United States Boomerang Association, Inc., officials, professional personnel, or any other person who may assist me by rendering first aid treatment to me during my participation in or observation of a boomerang tournament from any and all claims whatsoever arising from that first aid treatment.  This release contains the entire agreement between the parties, and is a contract between them.  I am aware of the risks associated with boomerang tournaments, have read the foregoing release, understand the content thereof, and sign this release of my own free will.
