A block of rooms has been reserved at the Conyers Holiday Inn. This will be “tournament central” when we’re not on the boomerang field. Saturday evening’s awards ceremony and USBA meeting will be held at the Holiday Inn.

Rooms will be available at these rates through August 15th. If you book after the 15th, ask for Tameshia Weaver and she’ll do her best to get you the same rates subject to room availability. Rate includes a hot breakfast buffet.

calling the Front Desk during regular business hours (9:00 to 5:00 EDT) to
ask Tameshia Weaver about getting the same

The Holiday Inn has no more non-smoking rooms available. But smoking rooms are still available at
our group rate. To get the group rate,
email Tameshia Weaver directly at sales@holidayinnconyers.com
with your name, phone number, and the dates of your stay. She will call you back during business
hours to get your credit card info and confirm your booking. As of this morning there are only 9 rooms
available: 4 kings and 5 doubles. |

For those who really like convenience, the Hawthorn Suites are right across the street from the Steeplechase track (boomerang field). We were unable to get group rates or reserve a block of rooms. But if you already have reservations there and like the convenience feel free to stay there.
Additional hotels are available near the Holiday Inn.
The GIHP offers a full-service RV park. Sites with full hook ups are $16 per unit per day. Fully equipped with water, electric and sewer service, these 50+ sites are located near the Stable Complex and the Walker Arena Complex. Full-service shower facilities are also located within the RV Park and their use is included in the daily RV site rental fee. Due to limited capacity, you must call in advance (770-860-4190) and reserve your space. GIHP office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Update, 8/14: The RV park is about
a mile away from the field on the back side of the horse park. Update, 8/14: If you don’t want
any hook-ups and you want to be closer to the field, you can park your RV in
the parking lot of the boomerang field for only $10 per night. |
Tent Camping
Available on the field for a nominal fee.
