Recipe for a Prosperous New Year

by Sammy L.

Ingredients:
1 c. of children's laughter
4 handfuls of friends
3 tbs. of goodwill toward men
2 pinches of summer's warmth
1 bucket of happy holidays
3 c. of new experiences
1 gallon of unending laughter
1 ton of the changing leaves of fall
3 pecks of blooming flowers
1 house filled with excitement

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a 9" by 12" pan.

Get a reasonable sized bowl and mix in children's laughter, friends, goodwill toward men, and happy holidays. Then get a second bowl (larger than the first). In it mix summer's warmth, new experiences, unending laughter, changing leaves, blooming flowers, and excitement. Then gingerly fold the contents of the first bowl into the second. Pour into a globed shaped mold (which you can find at any Home Goods Store) and bake for fifteen to twenty minutes.

Add any toppings that awaken your tastebuds. I recommend candies and other treats. Make sure to serve with a warm heart and open arms.
