    The Parents Guide to the Internet This site maintained by the U.S. Department of Education offers a wealth of material. Be sure to check out the Tips for Safe Traveling on the information superhighway. It has a set of guideline that you may want to go over with your children to be sure that their time spent on the internet is productive, safe, and enjoyable.

    Surfing the Net with Kids This is an outstanding site! ! ! Barbara Feldman also provides guidelines for Protecting Our Kids on the Internet.

    INTERNET 101 If you're new to the world wide web, head to this site to quickly learn the basics of emailing, websurfing, and searching. You'll know your way around the web in no time at all!
