The original plaque that was going to made out of brass had been ordered,
but the client needed something to put in the spot until the brass one was done.
I was given the information and asked to design something "classy" and about 30 x 40 inches.
I worked totally in Photoshop with this and added the department's logo, and created a little marble to offset the brass look.
