This cover design was based on the text given to me by the client
with the request that there was to be an image of the Capitol Building on it.
By seaching through various stock images, I created the montage on the right side in Photoshop.
The green textured background was also created in Photoshop along with the text.
The green texture wraps around to the back of the booklet for a consistent feel.
This file was then dropped into Quark, and the rest of the booklet was designed in that software.
The final booklet was letter size, folded and stapled.
I used this design because one of the client's requirements
was that it could be also be modified for a small folded brochure that was to be a companion piece.

This is how the design was modified to create the three-fold brochure.
As in the booklet, the green texture is on the back.
