This split-level design consists of a 1&1/2 story thin-wall concrete cylinder connected to a 14'x70' factory-built module which is cantilevered over a concrete garage.
 
 
 
 
 
Atrium Development House
 
This atrium house, built around a pool, is designed as an inter-locking repeating set for a suburban development. The houses to the left and right are identical to it. The houses opposite are reversed.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Solar Hillside Atrium House
 
By reversing the plan, this compact solar house could be built on a range of slopes varying from southwest to east and still have a southern or southeastern exposure. It is placed diagonally into the hillside to improve drainage and reduce soil pressure.

Square House

This house is the size of a two car garage but packs in normal size rooms. It has a concrete slab floor and south facing glass wall. The bedroom faces east.
