| Anisette was the German Shepherd many dream of having. Bringing Anna home as a six month old puppy from her breeders, Henry & Jane Dancosse, we had very high expectations and were never disappointed. Anna became a devoted family companion from the moment she foot in our living room, quickly learning to love our two children, Julie and Eric. Anna was the ultimate house dog, but she was also perfection in the show ring. She started her career by placing in her Futurity, followed by a 3rd place in a large quality filled 12 to 18 class at the '84 National in Phoenix. Her superb temperament and beautiful type and movement helped her to finish with majors in both the specialty and all-breed rings. Anna appeared in the Red Book in '87/'88 and '88/'89 as one of the county's Top Dams, Futurity/Maturity System. Anna was the dam of two champions, but unfortunately she did not get the other two qualifiers towards her ROM. We are very proud that Ch. Janry's Anisette has been the foundation of our breeding program for the last sixteen years. We will always miss her. |
