Geraldine Lee “Jeri” Helms Fultz died Aug. 2, 2010, in Florissant, Missouri. Jeri will long be remembered for her research on the Helms, Davis and White families of Lawrence Co. AR, and the Fultz and allied families in Illinois. This web site, which she maintained for many years, has been a great help to untold numbers of people wishing to learn about these and other allied families.

One of her greatest contributions came through her collaboration with Edward Gerdes, Bryan Howerton and others in their effort to develop data sets on numerous Civil War regiments and to make this information available to the public.
