Finding and working with any Georgia Adoption lawyer can be a daunting task.
A successful adoption in Georgia requires the convergence of a unique set of circumstances. It
requires a special lawyer who can provide sound legal advice, strong professional representation, and who possesses
an innate talent for developing productive personal relationships with everyone involved in the adoption process: the
birth mother and father, adoptive parents, psychologists, case managers, agency administrators, and judges.
I purposefully dedicate a signifigant portion of my practice to Georgia adoption matters, in particular,
adult, stepparent, relative types, not just public or private or independent types. I am dedicated to developing a
close personal relationship with each of my clients during the adoption process.
I will draft and file your special adoption petition in the Superior Court of the appropriate county
anywhere in the State of Georgia. I will travel to your county and appear with you before the Superior Court
judge to finalize your adoption at the scheduled hearing for that purpose.
After an adoption it's always a good idea to ask your adoption attorney about drafting a new self-executing Georgia will.
You should also consider executing a healthcare directive or "living will." Click here for more information!

Please consider phoning me to discuss the specifics of your adoption case or send me an e-mail inquiry. Your
case may be a complex one, or a simple one. I would like to make your adoption happen!
