Process
- You place an order at Jeremy Irish Music.
- I email score and part files to you in PDF format, which can be printed by Adobe Reader (free from Adobe Systems Incorporated).
- You print as many parts and scores as you want for use with your group.
- I send an invoice and payment information to you in a separate email.
Conditions
Placing an order to receive music from Jeremy Irish Music via electronic distribution constitutes agreement to the conditions and restrictions below (this information will be repeated in your score file and should be printed along with the score for reference).
- The PDF files purchased are for the exclusive use of the purchasing organization.
- The purchasing organization is licensed to print unlimited copies of the score file and any accompanying part files provided. Printed copies become the property of the named organization but may not be distributed outside of it.
- The publisher grants the purchasing organization special permission to produce and distribute copies of the score to contest or festival judges for purposes of performance evaluation.
- It is expected that full payment will be made before any performance or recording of the music takes place.
- Other groups (including other schools within a district, community ensembles using school facilities, and honor groups) must obtain separate licenses in order to use the music.
- It is the responsibility of the purchasing organization to
- allow the email through any firewalls, spam filters, etc.;
- receive the email with software that accommodates attachments;
- open the attached compressed ZIP file to extract the PDF files;
- open the PDF files for viewing and printing; and
- print the music legibly.
- If the music files simply cannot be delivered electronically, arrangements for a traditional printed set may be made.
