This is a Vespa 1962 GS160, perhaps the most sought after vespa model that you'd actually want to ride. I sought and sought and finally found this one in Massachusetts (thanks, Johnnyfez). Unfortunately I have lost the tintypes taken of this bike in its unrestored condition. It was pretty scary, so here are a few of it now.It's all stock except for the color and the 180 cylinder. It is the smoothest Vespa engine I have ever ridden, with lots of pickup: a 160 gear ratio with the 180cc top end. I like it. This scooter is now owned by Craig Bachler of San Francisco.
