Jeff MITcHELL is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology currently working at the Kennedy Space Center. He is also a professor at the Florida Institute of Technology where he teaches, among other subjects, Rocket Propulsion . This makes him a real Rocket Scientist from MIT. He has written articles for the Encyclopedia of Space Technology published by McGraw Hill. Jeff also does a slide show presentation on Space Staion processing to civic groups and at Science Fiction Conventions. He was a consultant for Mission Space at Epcot center. He directed the pilot of a reality TV series, which was never picked up. When he's not doing that, he spends time making medieval armor or writing science fiction (scientifically accurate, of course!)
Beth Mitchell spends most of her free time trying to keep Jeff in line (some of those lines are in local theme parks, but we digress). Like all good humans she is a generalist: biologist, computer and communications teacher, writer, Medieval historian, and award winning cook, among other things. She's also been "doing Disney" since before most employees of Disney were born, and will, no doubt, take it over eventually. (Of course, once she has Disney she'll have enough money to buy Microsoft and liquidate its assets to give to charity so the company won't have been a total loss.)
