Chinese Gung Fu

The philosophical art of self defense

Bruce's first book .  It covers traditional Gung Fu more than JKD.  Regardless, it is still a great book!

This is probably my favorite book from the Bruce Lee library.  It is full of training tips as well as routines that Bruce used himself!
