Server side save
- A backup of a client which results from a scheduled group start is a server side save.
- A server side save can also be invoked interactively from the nwadmin GUI.
- Use the "Group Control" button to bring up another window.
- Select the appropriate group and click the "Start" button.
- All clients in this group will run a backup according to the schedule assigned to them.
- On UNIX servers a server side backup can be invoked interactively with the "savegrp" command at the command line.
- "savegrp -l full ctec" invokes a full save using the group named "ctec".
- "savegrp -l incr -c solly ctec" invokes an incremental save of the client "solly" in the group "ctec".
