mailed out in April 2006, to all PCGCC members. If you are not a member
of the club and would like to receive a registration packet, please contact Rick
Mariano right away. Give him your "snail mail" address so that a packet

2006 Convention Information
The 2006 annual convention will be held at
the Embassy Suites
- Pittsburgh Airport on the last weekend in July (July 27-29). Make your reservations
with the hotel early. The hotel has blocked rooms at special rates for our
convention. If you collect
Thursday, July 27
The hospitality room will open at noon (if you are coming to the convention
please bring some cookies or cake for the hospitality room). At 3 PM there will
be a Welcome to First-Time Attendees, with a "Show & Tell"
program featuring unusual pieces acquired by collectors during the past year.
Friday, July 28
At 9 AM we will hold our annual business meeting. The business meeting will
followed by an educational seminar.
Saturday, July 29
At 12 Noon we will start checking in glass for the consignment auction
(check-in ends at 1 PM). This is a private members only auction. The auction
will begin at 2 PM. Preview some of the glass to be auctioned:

Our banquet begins at 6:30 PM. Awards for the
top two room displays will be presented. After the banquet we will have a
speaker.
Sunday, July 30
Most members will be departing for home and lots will be stopping at the
Meadows Flea Market on the way (6 am is the time for early buyers).

Dues: $25.00 for single; $35.00 per household (dues include a subscription
to our newsletter). Our membership year is on an annual basis. You will receive
four newsletters as part of your membership. If you join in the middle of a
membership year back issues for that year will be sent to you.
