My Story by Riley

I am a West Highland White Terrier, or Westie, for short. I am approximately 4 years old, though my exact age is not known because I was rescued and later adopted. I live with my best friend, Judy, in Austin, Texas. She says adopting me was one of the best things she's ever done. My favorite pastimes are napping and going for walks. It takes a lot to get me excited, and some people think I am a little too relaxed. Judy likes me just the way I am. She says my theme song is, "I've Got All the Time in the World" by the subdudes. This site contains the clip from my song in case you want to hear it. It's on the album Primitive Streak. I have a lot of human friends because I can be very charming in a quiet way. I have some dog friends, too. Here in the neighborhood, my friends are Brazos, Missy and Duncan. I visit with them when I am out for my walks. I like to visit my friends, Jole and Mollie, the most. They are Bichon Frise. Together we have starred in such off-off-off Broadway productions as "CinderRiley and the Fluffy Stepsisters" and "White Dog Heaven". Mollie and Jole live with some nice humans and too many cats. I don't like cats, so when I go to visit, I chase all the cats out of the house. I almost knocked over their Christmas tree when I discovered a cat sleeping under it. I hope you enjoy my web page. All the bones were created for me by my good friend, Bill.
