The Grand Canyon is always worth a stop. I spent one night there and photographed the sunset and sunrise.

Viva Las Vegas, especially when just 50 miles north is Nevada's first state park, Valley of Fire.

Mono Lake, with its Tufa formations, is always interesting. This was the first time I had ever seen sunrise there.
