A special place is in our hearts for the children we saw and visited. First of all, they were beautiful. Second, their living conditions and health were alway suspect, particularly in the hill tribe villages. But always, they were friendly (or very, very shy) and loved to see their faces and those of their friends in our digital cameral LCD's.
