He is an experienced independent film producer with a background that includes development, preproduction, principal photography, post-production and delivery. Mr. Foy's production background endow him with an insider's perspective into the challenges and pitfalls that plague independent producers and the business entities involved in the independent film finance arena.
Mr. Foy maintains relationships with
independent film and television distributors, lenders, bond companies and
sales agents. Professional contacts and specialized knowledge of
motion picture finance enable Mr. Foy to obtain partial or full development
and production financing for selected entertainment projects.
