Donor Brick Program

to benefit the

Hamilton Center Capital Improvement Fund

The Columbus Park Foundation, in partnership with Columbus Youth Hockey, Lincoln Center Skate Club and the Columbus Broomball Association is pleased to offer a special donation opportunity for individuals, families, community groups and local businesses to show their support for Hamilton Center Ice arena and its recreational activities. To publicly recognize each donor’s support an engraved brick of the donor’s choice, will be placed outside the entrance to Hamilton Center Arena. The funds raised from these donations will be used to help pay for specific needed capital improvements and additions to the arena facilities as recommended by Parks and Recreation. In addition, $5.00 from each brick will go to the organization of your choice to further fund the programs that they offer at Hamilton Center.

There are three levels of donation, each recognized with a different size engraved brick:

Contributors $40 4”x8” Inc. 1-2 lines with 15 characters per line

Sponsors $65 8”x 8” Inc. up to 5 lines with 15 characters per line

Corporate $125 8”x8” Inc. corporate logo sized to 6”x6”

An ampersand (&) may be used instead of the word “and”. All corporate logos must be approved.

We hope you will be interested in participating in this program as a way to express your support for Hamilton Center Ice Arena, the associated user groups and the community as a whole. Your donation will qualify as a charitable contribution for tax purposes. If you would like to participate, please complete the order form on the reverse.
