On December 1, 1997, Andi/Arachne and I started the Craft101 Mailing List. We wanted a place where people could learn the basics of Witchcraft on-line without charge. While no texts were required for the mailing list, we did have one core book and several supplemental books that we recommended students have. We also listed other references in our lessons. We will continue to add books below, as we refer to them in our lessons.

The lesson-based Craft101 list has ceased to exist. However, lessons will continue to be posted to the Craft101 Lessons Website, which you are more than welcome to follow.

The book-based Craft101 list was reborn out of the old list's ashes. See its website for for more information about what it is, what books we are/will be reading, how to join, etc.

NOTE: There is no charge to be a part of the Craft101 list, and there never will be. Your only cost is to purchase the appropriate books (though one can be a very active subscriber without ever purchasing the books!) Nor do you have to purchase the book through this web page. I offer the list as a free place to discuss witchcraft, and I offer this website as a resource for people to learn about and get pagan books at a good price. The two are NOT related, except as they are both my projects!
