The BOLT/Radio Control Specialties racing team made it's first official appearance at the HPI Viper Cup sponsored by Motor Trend Magazine and Chrysler.

The BOLT team was asked to prepare the Official Pace Cars for the event and gave three cars.

The Viper cup is a race featured within the Historic car races in Sept. every year in Tustin CA.
