An inventory and appraisment of the goods and chattels belonging to the estate of Deborah Liles deceased, taken on the day and year above written is as follows.

One Feather bed, bed stead and furniture

One set of smoothing irons $1.37 _ cents one lot of books $2.
Two looking glasses and hand towel $1., one sifter and sheep sheers .75
One shew hammer and pinchers .75, One lot of cheers $1.

One flax wheel and cards 2.50, one woolen wheel and cards 1.50
One lot of castin $4., two side saddles and bed steed 1.
One tub meal tray and box .62 _, one lot of iron wedges $1.
One lot of plough geer and irons $1.75, one hand saw and lot of augers $2.25
One black horse $5., one lot of seed cotton 6.25
Twelve geese and 1 Turkey $5., & nine hogs 12.00
One stack fodder $2.50, one loom and apparattises 10.
One Negro woman Jiney $425.
One Negro girl Patsey $350.
One Negro boy James 300.
One lot of cattle four in number

 

We the subscribers being called on and sworn before Patrick Gibson Esq. To value and appraise the goods and chattels belonging to the estate of Deborah Liles Deceased, do hereby certify that the above is a full and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods and chattels belonging to the estate of said Deceased as shown to us by Joseph Liles administrator thereof. Given under our hands this 12th day of Nov. 1825.
