Out of the mouths of babes ...
So D and I are playing "catch" with C, a game wherein we do not in fact catch, but instead hit a big yellow balloon, sending said yellow balloon bouncing around creation. In the process, C decides she must lecture D in the proper technique for playing the game. "Hit it with your brain, Daddy," she says. And, to demonstrate just where her brain is, she holds up her little fist.

And, in case you were wondering (and I know you were ...), movie night at the Kenner household was the Sponge Bob movie. C and I loved it (even the scary parts), but D fell asleep. Not sure who that says the most about ...

Riding that wave of self-absorption... Wasn't it great that there was a PRINCESS MINDY in it?? I haven't seen it yet, but what could beat knowing there is a PRINCESS MINDY?
