Harry Lillis "Bing" Crosby
had been a major entertainment figure since the late 1920s when he
was a member of the Rhythm Boys with Paul Whiteman's orchestra. By
1931 he had become a major recording star and then lent his talents
to the field of motion pictures. After close to twenty years in the
spotlight, he continued to be one of the finest musical performers in
the world. What follows is a listing of his charted records during
the Interlude Era from 1946-1955, beginning in January of
1946.
