Global Expedition: 2000 is a multimedia, multicultural, and interactive journey which highlights vanishing wilderness and indigenous cultures around the world.
Beth Fairservis has assembled this show using glass slides* from the 1910s through the 1930s, which features fantastic images of the past, plus dance improvisation and spoken word.
Kids physically participate with movement improvisation of their own, as well as shadow play!
We supply background materials and teachers guides to help prepare for the expedition, and Beth is also available for creativity workshops and classroom visits.
