Hired as the Art Director to establish a complete Art Department for this
new children's Media Company owned by Michael Milken. Responsible for
all aspects of this department including creating and overseeing the company
production process, developing the company brand, and initiating the career
matrix for the design staff. Responsible for all hiring and firing of
in-house Designers (as well as contractors) and for negotiating employment
contracts. Promoted to Design Director in 2001 and Creative Director in
2002.
