As with most non-profit foundations, while forewarned about the project a year in advance, the celebrities, vendors, and volunteers were not able to get program content to me until a few days before the final print file needed to reach the printer. Having run into this the previous year, I already had my design templates in place and was able to create a much larger and more attractive Program Guide in advance of the deadline.
